Senator Donley requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                 
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 393(HES) An Act relating to                          
managed care for recipients of medical assistance; and providing for           
an effective date be taken up.                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 393(HES) was                               
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                          
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 393(HES) An Act relating to managed care for                    
recipients of medical assistance; and providing for an effective date
